Production Time: In order to provide the highest quality products, most genetic cultures are made to order. Accordingly, we ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for these products to ship.
Product Guarantee: We guarantee that our products are clean and free of contamination upon receipt and will replace any unused product that shows signs of contamination within 45 days of purchase. If you find a genetic to be contaminated please send us an email, including your order number and photos. This will help us to identify possible issues and to improve quality procedures. Email us at [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Payments: We aim to make the checkout process as easy as possible. Accordingly, we utilize multiple payment processors allowing for convenience without sacrificing privacy or security. We allow customers to use credit cards, crypto, Cash App, and Venmo. However, our site cannot charge your Cash App account directly. Therefore, customers wishing to pay using Cash App will need to manually make the payment through the app. We ask that you add your Cash app tag on checkout so we can link payments to invoices. Cultivation of restricted genetics: All psilocybe-containing spores are expressly intended for research purposes only. We do not condone unlawful behavior, and we will not ship orders to any person who we deem to have intentions to cultivate these species.
