Great White Monster Iso

The Great White Monster mushroom, also known as the White Wizard or the Great White, is a leucistic cubensis mutated leucitic strain resulting from the breeding of the renowned A+ strain to the prolific fruiter Puerto Rican cubensis strain. The crossing of these genetics resulted in a specimen that produces large fruits, with a loss of pigment. Ideal for research and microscopy, our Great White Monster Isolate offers an in-depth look into the intricate world of psilocybe cubensis.

Great White Monster Genetics (GWM)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

While the Big White Monster Cubensis is known for its prolific fruiting, it seems to have slower and less aggressive mycelium. This strain has the potential to produce very large fruits, living up to its name. However, it can be relatively slow to grow compared to other varieties.

Please note that this product is intended for microscopy and research purposes only. All information provided pertains strictly to the mycological characteristics and identification of the spores. We provide no information pertaining to the cultivation or effects of these mushrooms, in accordance with the law.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is the GWM genetic easy to use for laboratory applications?

A: Yes, our genetics are incredibly easy to use for microscopy and genetic research purposes. These products are explicitly intended for microscopy and genetic research. Not intended for cultivation.

Q: What laboratory applications can be performed with Great White Monster Cultures?

A: Our research genetics can be used for a wide variety of different laboratory applications related to mycology research and study. Specifically, these genetics are a great medium for microscopy research and the study of mycelial connections.

Q: Does this contain psilocybin?

A: No. Our spores and genetics do not contain psilocybin. While some of our genetics may be derived from a psilocybe species, psilocybin does not form until the mycelium matures and reaches the hyphal knot stage. To learn more about the testing done on various stages of mycelial development see this published study: Detecting Psychoactive Drugs in the Developmental Stages of Mushrooms by Susan T. Gross. With that said, this genetic is explicitly sold for research purposes and we will not sell to anyone intending to cultivate this species.
